Wilmette, IL – July 22, 2017- CoWorkers, a shared office space and networking place in the heart of Wilmette, will debut a new featured space during Wilmette Summerfest the weekend of July 22-23. The space, named the “Community Brainstorm Room,” is open to both members and non-members looking for a space to collaborate and be creative. The new room includes whiteboards, a screen for presentations, comfortable seating and a pantry with food and beverages to fuel creative juices. Members can book the room for free in one-hour increments, and it is also available to non-members in 4-hour blocks for a fee. Members can book the space in blocks of time for a preferred member rate. Tours will be given Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to showcase the new space.
CoWorkers has been continuously improving since it’s opening in 2013, always building upon insight of needs from members and the community. Though it started as one room coworking space, CoWorkers has expanded to boast two shared office rooms, four private offices, two phone booths, one group large conference room, and, now, the Community Brainstorm Room and Pantry.
“We always work to continually enhance our purpose of helping improve our members’ work-life balance,” said founder George Rafeedie. “We do that by providing another place to work and network. And now brainstorming – in a room conducive to ideation and team work.”
